POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for collecting and testing finished product samples to ensure that all pet food products manufactured by the OKC facility meet specifications of NPPC. Ultimately, the QA Analyst is responsible for timely and accurate generation & completion of analytical, formulation, process and product information for the manufacturing of our pet foods. Analyze finished product using various test methods Perform formulations including format, ingredient changes, and fines utilization Perform sensory evaluations of in process and finished product Investigate & communicate all quality results plus recommend corrections to production personnel Use various software applications for data entry, investigation, and analysis Maintain Instrument calibrations Execute hold product procedures in a timely manner Analyze data and release product through formal release & GLOBE programs Sample and test incoming ingredients Basic Qualifications: Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years working in a food manufacturing environment OR Associate of Science or related area of study, and 1+ years of quality assurance experience Requisition ID: 295558 The approximate pay range for this position is $39,000.00 - $57,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
